1. How to install Lumi32
Please unzip your Lumi32 download folder, go into the correct folder for your operating system (Windows/Mac), and double click on the installer in there. If that does not work, please open the PDF document in that same folder and follow the instructions to manually install the panel
If you get this error, simply delete the folders you have copied and pasted (if you installed manually), close Photoshop, restart your computer, and double click on the Installer file.
If the problem persists, it’s very likely that the installation isn’t able to fully complete. Before running the Installer, please temporarily disable your antivirus, and if you’re a Windows user, you will also need to choose the Run Anyway option that you see in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPOGKNQqyEo
If the error persists, please reset your Photoshop preferences by following the instructions on Adobe’s website: Reset Ps Preferences

3. Black and White image not the same as the mask
When I press the Image button, the resulting image does not look like the mask.
Please go into your colour settings option (Edit>Color Settings) and make sure the Grey matches the RGB space you are using. If you’re using sRGB, then select sGrey. For Adobe RGB, use Grey Gamma 2.2, and for ProPhoto RGB, please use Grey Gamma 1.8
4. I’m getting an error. Problem with filter module interface.
If you are getting the below error, this is simple to fix. Do not access Lumi32 under the Filter menu in Photoshop. The correct place where Lumi32 is stored is in the Window menu, under the Extensions section. This should fix the error
5. Lumi32 is crashing Photoshop.
The most likely explanation is that the CPU does not support SSE4, which is required for Lumi32 to work. Please email us with your exact CPU model to helpshutterevolve@gmail.com
