Who are we?
What information do we collect from you?
1. Newsletter Subscribers
If you subscribe to our sites (shutterevolve.com or throughstrangelenses.com) to receive the Easy Panel and our newsletter, we require just an email address. We do not require other information. This has always been a double-opt-in process, where you sign up initially and we send an email to you to confirm that you do wish to sign up, in which there is a link to confirm this. If you leave a comment on this site, which may require your email address, that information is not used in any way.
2. Customer who purchase our products
If you purchase any of our products please see the section below called Payment Policy.
3. Raya Pro customers.
If you purchase Raya Pro, you are then entitled to free updates. We manually create a user account for you from which you can download the updates. For your account we only use your email address. No other information is stored. Once logged in, users can then add more information, such as name, should they choose to. They can log in and delete this information at anytime.
What do we do with your information?
1. Newsletter subscribers
We use your email address to email you our latest tutorials, blog posts and special offers on our products, as well as the Easy Panel. We do not, and will not, share your email with anyone else. It is not used in any other way.
2. Raya Pro customers.
We use your email address to email you Raya Pro updates and special offers on our related products. We do not, and will not, share your email with anyone else. It is not used in any other way than mentioned above.
Your email address is stored on secure servers, and these sites use standard internet encryption (SSL) to protect you and your data.
On occasion, your email may be stored on both ShutterEvolve.com and ThroughStrangeLenses.com. This is because you can subscribe to either site, but we combine all of our subscribers onto ThroughStrangeLenses.com. It is from this site where we send our email updates. This prevents us from sending you the same email twice from both sites, in the chance that you subscribe to both.

At the bottom of every email communication you receive from us, there is an unsubscribe button. This will automatically unsubscribe you from all future communications. If you would like your information to be permanently deleted from this site, email us at email@example.com and we will remove your information within 24 hours. This is the direct email address to me, Jimmy McIntyre and it is where you may send any complaints.
