Refunds

We offer refunds on all downloadable course within 30 calendar days of purchase if you are not satisfied. However we do not offer refunds on bundles, where two or more products are sold together at a cheaper price.

We do not offer refunds on Raya Pro, unless there is a technical problem that we cannot resolve with the program within the first 30 days of purchase.

To apply for a refund, please contact us via the contact form here (https://www.shutterevolve.com/contact/), stating the problem and including any purchase/invoice ID and using the same email address you used to purchase the software.

We will respond to all requests within 24 hours. All payments will be refunded via the same payment method and typically take between 2-3 days to show up in your statement.
